Peter Allen David, often abbreviated PAD, is a famous American writer of comic books, novels, television, films and video games. He is known for his long runs on multiple franchises at both DC and Marvel Comics, which include the titles of The Incredible Hulk, X-Factor, Spider-Man 2099, Supergirl, Young Justice and Aquaman.
